Terms and Conditions

1. Full payment is required to confirm and secure your booking.

2. Payment must be made via bank transfer to the nominated bank account.

3. Food allergies and other dietary requirements are to be made known upon booking.

4. The maximum limit of 40 passengers onboard cannot be exceeded

5. Smoking is prohibited aboard The Elizabeth Anne - The Royal Barge.

6. In the case of cancellations made up to 14 days before the booked date, the client will forfeit 50% of the booking fee.

7. In the case of cancellations made up to 7 days before the booked date, the client will forfeit 100% of the booking fee.

8. If the weather does not permit, the service will be rescheduled to another day within six months from the original booked date.

9. Elizabeth Anne Charters will confirm your booking via email upon receipt of your order.
