Derby Day is the Carnival's most elegant morning — monochrome dress code, serious racing, and a certain standard to be upheld before you've even arrived. The crossing aboard Elizabeth Anne holds that standard: quiet water, poured champagne, and an entrance that doesn't involve a car park.
